How do I prepare Benafit No-Cook Soup?

You can enjoy Benafit Food’s No-Cook Herbal Soup with 2 easy step.

  1. Rip open a bag of SIT. Series soup sachet, add in together with 300ml of hot water into any of your available hot water bottle warmer.
  2. Let it brew in your hot water bottle for 2 hours. Shake well & serve hot.

Can I drink Benafit herbal soup every day?

You can—but it depends on the type of soup!

We have 3 types:

  • [ćčł] Balanced – Gentle and suitable for daily drinking. Great for immunity and general wellness. Know more here
  • [èĄ„] Replenish – Recommended 2–3 times a week. Supports blood and energy, but may feel a bit “heaty” if taken too often. Avoid during menstruation. Know more here
  • [毒] Cooling – Also best 2–3 times weekly. Helps with detox and cooling, but too much might make your body feel cold.

For kids under 12, we suggest using half a sachet to start and observing how they feel. When in doubt, check with your doctor.
