SHIPPING POLICY
1.0 PROCESSING YOUR ORDER
1.1 In-stock items will be processed within 3 working days. Out-of-stock items may take up to 10 working days due to most of our products are freshly made.
1.2 We will notify you if we expect any delay in fulfilling your order (e.g., due to stock unavailability).
1.3 Self-collection is strictly not available.
1.4 Orders will only be processed after full payment is received and confirmed.
2.0 SHIPPING
2.1 All the parcels are delivered by our courier partners (e.g., City-Link, DHL, Pos Laju, Gdex, Ninja Van, J&T, BEST and etc )
2.2 Delivery fees are calculated automatically based on your delivery address at checkout.

Peninsula Malaysia: RM 6 for orders below RM 100

East Malaysia: RM 40 for orders below RM 250
Free Shipping:

Peninsula Malaysia: For orders RM 100 and above

East Malaysia: For orders RM 250 and above
Estimated Time Arrival (ETA):

Peninsula Malaysia: 3 working days

East Malaysia: 11 to 14 working days
(Note: Delivery times are estimates only. Delays may occur due to courier workload, remote delivery areas, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.)
2.3 We only deliver within Malaysia. Delivery to rural or remote areas may require extra time or charges, depending on courier policies.
2.4 Please ensure that your shipping address entered matches the address in Google Maps to avoid any delivery issues. Orders will be delivered to the exact address provided at checkout.
2.5 If you need to update your shipping address, contact us immediately. Changes may incur additional courier charges if the order has been processed.
2.6 A tracking number will be sent via WhatsApp & Email upon shipment. Proof of Delivery (POD) can be provided upon request but is subject to availability from our courier partner.
2.7 Our courier partners allow up to three (3) delivery attempts. If you wish to schedule delivery for a later date, please inform us before shipment.
2.8 If the parcel is returned to us due to incorrect address, failure to collect, or refusal to accept, you will be responsible for the re-delivery fee.
2.9 If you experience any late delivery, do inform us immediately as we have to inform our courier partner to check on your parcel whereabout.
2.10 Once the parcel is handed over to the courier, the risk of loss or damage passes to the customer. However, we will assist in filing claims with the courier, if applicable.
2.11 Benafit Food shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemic, acts of government or courier disruptions.
